JudgeWe have museumed the shuttle & are paying the Russians 70 million a seat, & not adequately funding space x, BUT we have the x37b which is an excellent vehicle, BUT we will not implement the Boeing proposal which would provide an overall better approach & save money!!Further, with the ukrane situation we may lose our ride on Soyuz .
